Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard and Expedited delivery methods through our trusted carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery delays.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Standard Shipping usually arrives within 5–7 business days, while Expedited Shipping takes 2–3 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns & Refunds
At SpeakAble Learning Tools LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tactile flashcards, please contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send out a replacement accordingly.
